Most orders ship within 3-5 business days, but since everything is handmade, some items may take longer. If your order has multiple items or unforeseen delays, we’ll keep you updated.

If your order is taking longer than expected, it may have been lost in transit. Reach out to us at creamandconcrete@gmail.com, and we’ll help resolve the issue.

We do our best to package our products securely, but sometimes things happen in transit. If your item arrives damaged, email us a picture at creamandconcrete@gmail.com, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

No worries! If the product isn’t quite what you envisioned, simply return it. We can issue a refund or credit you toward a different item. See our full return policy below.

Return Policy:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for a return.
• Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns unless there's a defect or error on our part.
• You must request a return within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot process returns.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Absolutely! Every piece is hand-poured, cured for 24 hours, sanded, sealed with a three-part process, and finished with anti-scratch bumpers to ensure durability and beauty.

Since all of our products are handmade, some items may be temporarily out of stock or discontinued. If you're interested in a specific piece, email us at creamandconcrete@gmail.com and we’ll let you know if and when it will be restocked.
